pitchMe for schools

Consistent feedback for every student, without the marking mountain.

Students practise their presentations on pitchMe and every attempt comes back scored on the same five-point rubric. You see the whole class at a glance and stay the judge. pitchMe assists your marking, it never replaces you.

Working with institutions and youth organisations across Singapore and Vietnam.

What educators get

Hours back, every assignment

Students rehearse and get scored feedback before you ever press play. You read one report per student instead of re-watching every take.

One rubric for the whole class

Every attempt is scored on the same five dimensions, out of 25, so the first student and the fortieth are marked the same way. Your teachers can override any score, and the lead teacher dashboard shows how closely their marks and the AI agree.

Evidence of progress you can show

Attempts accumulate into per-student trend lines, so improvement stops being a feeling and becomes a chart you can put in front of parents and HODs.

The teacher's side of pitchMe

Students practise in the same app individuals use. Educators get the pitchMe Academy layer on top.

Assignments

Set a speaking task for the class; every student practises against the same brief.

Class overview

All submissions and scores in one table, sortable by dimension, so you spot who needs help first.

Student reports

Open any student's full report, with transcript, filler words and the five scores.

Optional sync with Google Classroom, Moodle and Canvas.

Want to pilot the programme? Start with a single class!

No blind large-scale commitments. Prove the value with one cohort, then scale when you're ready.

  1. Scope

One cohort, one real communication use case, success measures agreed up front.

  2. Set up

We configure the workflow with you and get your students onto the platform.

  3. Practise

Students rehearse and submit; every attempt is scored on the shared rubric.

  4. Track

The class dashboard shows who has not started and whose scores are not moving, so you can step in early.

  5. Review

We look at the evidence together before any wider rollout is discussed.

No blind annual commitment. Start with one cohort, prove the value, then decide whether to scale.

Proven track record.

Pilot to paid, already proven

Our first university pilot at SUTD converted into a paid deployment. That is the pattern the pilot path above is built on: evidence first, decision after.

How we handle student data

  • Practice videos are uploaded to secure cloud storage and used for one thing: generating the student's feedback report.

  • Reports are visible to the student and to the educators in their cohort. They are never public.

  • Deletion on request, anytime, via your account or hello@pitchmesg.com. Full details in the privacy policy.

What educators ask us

How does a pilot actually run?
Five steps: scope one cohort and one real use case, set up the workflow together, students practise and submit, you track the class dashboard while we support students, then we review the evidence together. Only after that does anyone discuss a wider rollout.
Does pitchMe replace teacher marking?
No. pitchMe scores every practice attempt on a consistent five-point rubric so students arrive better prepared and you read one report instead of re-watching every take. The educator sees everything and stays the judge.
How do students get set up?
Set-up is one of the five pilot steps and we do it with you. Optional sync with Google Classroom, Moodle and Canvas is available where your school already uses them.
What happens to student videos?
Videos go to secure cloud storage and are used to generate the student's feedback report. Reports are visible to the student and their educators only, and deletion is available on request anytime.
What levels and subjects does it fit?
Anywhere students present: project modules, capstones, interview preparation and competitions. We have run programmes from secondary schools and youth organisations to polytechnics and universities, in Singapore and Vietnam.
What does it cost a school?
Licensing is per student and shaped around your cohort at the pilot review rather than a public rate card. The pilot itself is scoped small on purpose, so the decision is made on evidence, not on a brochure.
